Chamblee Middle School Baseball

The season runs from February through mid-April. To assure adequate playing time, we will have 11-12 players on each team.  We will field three teams in the league, which separates the teams into divisions for competitive balance.

Bulls (mostly 8th graders): Head Coach - Tony Sun
Dogs (mostly 7th graders; some 8th; occasionally 6th): Head Coach - Shane Boyer
Hounds (6th graders, 7th graders, occasionally 8th): Head Coach TBA [If interested, contact Mr. Donegan  - j[email protected]]

Teams play 12-15 games and typically we have 3 games/practices each week during the season. While it is possible to play on multiple teams (for example, Murphy Candler), it can be a challenge. League fees will be $350 per player and include field space, umpires, a snappy game shirt, stylish hat, hooded sweatshirt, and few sessions with professional coaches. No player will be denied an opportunity to play due to financial challenges.

We expect that players chosen for the CMS teams make it their priority during the season. Of course, academics always comes first!
