TO: Parents of prospective 2014-2015 CMS basketball players
WHAT: Voluntary conditioning for the upcoming season
WHEN: October 2, 7, 9, 16, 22
TIME: 4:15-5:30 pm.
WHERE: CMS Gym/Track
Prerequisites for Conditioning
An up-to-date physical examination on a DeKalb County physical form. (Turn it in to one of the coaches.)
Running shoes
Transportation home no later than 5:45 pm
Water bottle and Gatorade
Tryouts
Official tryouts will begin October 27, from 4-6 pm. Each student must have a physical on file to try out. Coaches and tryout participants will be the ONLY individuals allowed in the gym during tryouts and conditioning.
Conditioning is not required but is highly recommended!
