Congratulations to the CMS Mathcounts team for finishing in 1st place at the South-East Perimeter Mathcounts Competition on Saturday, February 21.

Team members Eshaan Agrawal, Ramanan Abeyakaran, Sherwin Shirazi and Rohan Misra outscored 14 other schools at the competition.

Ramanan Abeyakaran was recognized for having the highest score on the written test and Ethan Shi was recognized for the third highest score.

Connor Lin fnished in 9th place on the written test while Anish Jaisinghani placed 19th.

Rohan Misra was also recognized for winning the Countdown Round.

All of the students listed above will advance to the State Mathcounts Competition at Georgia Tech on March 23.
