2015 Spring Football Conditioning & Practice
Chamblee Middle School Football is excited to announce the 2015 Spring Football Conditioning & Practice! This opportunity is for rising 7th and 8th graders. A PHYSICAL IS REQUIRED. These sessions will prepare students for the upcoming fall season and will end with a passing tournament on Friday May 1st.
PARENTS: There will be a parents meeting on Wednesday April 29th immediately following practice, giving you the opportunity to meet the coaches and hear about all of the exciting changes for CMS Football!
IMPORTANT: Due to changes in DCSD policy a PHYSICAL IS NOW REQUIRED for Football conditioning. Because of this policy, we will have a doctor come to the school on Friday April 24th to do Physicals for $25 - CASH ONLY. If you choose, you may get a physical elsewhere, your student will be unable to participate until a physical has been turned in. This physical will be good through April 1st 2016.Please click the attached flyer for the schedule and school permission form and the separate county-required athletic participation consent form.
